Community Water Treatment Plants

CDW Construction has been proud to support local communities with the development of two community water treatment plants. These facilities now provide potable water to over 100 homes. Additionally, we built five dry hydrants in the county to support fire departments in emergencies, underscoring our dedication to infrastructure projects that benefit the health and safety of Montanans.

Wyo-Ben Commercial Remodel

For Wyo-Ben, CDW Construction managed an 8,000 SF commercial remodel that included structural upgrades and reconfigured spaces. We carefully removed and replaced doors, windows, trim moldings, and walls, while maintaining the building’s tenant operations throughout all phases of construction. This project showcased our ability to adapt existing spaces to meet new needs while minimizing disruption to businesses.

Special K Ranch Recreation Center

CDW Construction was honored to build a new 5,300 SF gymnasium and 2,600 SF office wing at Special K Ranch, a faith-based working ranch for adults with developmental disabilities. This ground-up construction included a workout room, four offices, two ADA-compliant bathrooms, and an 2,600 SF heated warehouse space. The project reflects our commitment to building spaces that enhance the lives of individuals and communities.

Commercial Tenant Improvements

Our Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) services help businesses transform existing spaces to better suit their needs. One notable project was the redesign of a former yogurt shop into the Real Estate Hub. Working in partnership with Studio 4 and the building owners, we demolished the interior and created four new offices and a conference room. This design-build project turned a vacant space into a functional and modern work environment for its new tenants.
