Transforming 40 acres of farmland on 64th and King into a vibrant neighborhood with 73 lots. We partnered with Performance Engineering to design the plat and implemented utilities, paved roads, and a community water and sewer system. With the second filing of the Still River Estates currently underway, this expansion will add approximately 45 additional lots across 30 acres, anticipated to be available in spring 2026.
